Andrei Vorobiev, Governor of the Moscow region, and Feliks Blinov, CEO of the RWM Capital Investment Group, signed a cooperation agreement on 15 February 2018 at the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi.
Andrei Vorobiev wished RWM Capital to succeed in implementing their projects and expressed his certainty that this agreement would become a beginning of a mutually profitable collaboration between the Region and the Company.
The agreement states that the government of the Moscow region and RWM Capital will work together on attracting extra budget investment for region-focused projects including those within a state-private partnership.
“We will be happy to contribute to the development of the Moscow region, where we have already been implementing two investment projects – toll cross-overs in Ramenskoye and Mozhaysk,” said Feliks Blinov, CEO of the RWM Capital Investment Group. “If before we had our doubts whether it would be possible for us to finish the projects via private investment, now we are certain of it.
