Business-Center “Sinop”, a part of the assets of the closed-end investment fund “RWM Kapitalyi” under management of RWM Capital Asset Management became the silver medalist of the contest “The Best Implemented Developer Project in the Russian Real Estate Market 2014” in the category “Office Real Estate”. The prize-giving ceremony took place on September 08, 2014 as part of VIII International Investment Forum PROESTATE.
The contest “The Best Implemented Developer Project in the Russian Real Estate Market 2014” is a national stage of the global contest FIABCI «Prix d’Exellence». The accredited jury selects among dozens of candidates the most efficient nominees who demonstrate to the world professional community a high level and quality of operations.
The certificate of FIABCI “Prix d’Exellence” was awarded to Sergey Orlov, CEO of RWM Capital Asset Management and Natalia Spitsnadel, Managing Director of the Projects of Plaza Lotus Group.
