Nikolay Molchanov, Director for Strategy and Development of RWM Capital Asset Management, entered the Board of Directors of JSC for mechanization of operations of transport construction “TRANSSTROYMEKHANIZATSIYA” as an independent director. The respective resolution was adopted at the meeting of the committee on selection of professional directors at Federal Agency for Management of Public Assets on December 11, 2012.
The candidates for entering the management and control body of joint-stock companies are selected from among professional directors and independent experts who are not public officers. This is not the first experience of RWM Capital Asset Management administration as independent directors of Russian governmental companies.
In his capacity of independent director of JSC “TRANSSTROYMEKHANIZATSIYA” Nikolay Molchanov shall take direct part in working out of strategy development of the company, perform the duties of internal control and also facilitate the effective interaction with investors.
