The Endowment Fund of the Russian State University for the Humanities (RSUH) under the trust management of RWM Capital Asset Management was replenished by money received during the charity event held at the University on St. Valentine's Day.
On February 14, 2014, cheerleading team of the RSUH organized a bakery charity fair. All the money derived from sale was sent to the RSUH Endowment Fund.
"The girls from the RSUH cheerleading team who offered their help, organized the event, supported the work for fundraising in their university and showed that there is room for both creativity and art in this work,” said Nikolay Molchanov, director for strategy and development of RWM Capital Asset Management. “They are beautiful, young and active – it is no surprise that their charity event was such a success. It does not matter how many funds were raised. The most important things are approach, the very idea that the students should be one of the main driving forces promoting creation, progress and development of their own university."
"This is a great student's initiative,” commented Anna Matveeva, Head of RSUH Directorate for Development. “On behalf of the Endowment Fund and RSUH administration, I would like to express our gratitude to everybody who took part in the fair. I would especially like to mention the work of a student Dilyara Halilova who was the main initiator and organizer of the charity event. The funds raised at the fair will help develop students initiatives support programs in the future. We are very pleased that our students are concerned about the destiny of their university and that they are ready to give strong support to it."
