RWM Capital Asset Management joined the “Endowment Fund" Club of the Donors Forum, partnership of the largest Russian and foreign charity (donors) organizations operating in Russia. The Club consists of representatives of already formed and forming endowment funds, management companies, experts in related areas and constitutes the main form of the program of assistance in development of the endowment fund model effective since 2010.
“This year we have won the open Endowment Fund tender of Russian State University for the Humanities (RSUH), - says Nikolay Molchanov, the Director for Strategy and Development of RWM Capital Asset Management. – However, we have been engaged in research of the endowment fund market in Russia for several years. We are active players of the market therefore joining the major profile community – the “Endowment Fund” Club of the Donors Forum is a natural step for our company. It is an opportunity of direct dialog with our colleagues from other management companies and owners of endowment funds. We hope that membership in the “Endowment Fund” Club will allow us to contribute to the global task of reorganization of the system of financing the activity of cultural, scientific, medical and other institutions.
Provision and management of endowment funds in Russia is only beginning to develop and requires massive support. Only our joint efforts may further such development. Joint efforts of managers, experts, donors and public organizations must be focused on cooperation for the sake of the future and we too wish to contribute to this process”.
