RWM Capital declares the transaction completion on acquisition of one more venture project - FlexyMind company, which is engaged in development of children’s brain games for mobile phones and tablet PCs powered by Android and iOS. The money will be used for development of new games and applications as well as for investments into the marketing constituent.
FlexyMind has existed in the market since July 2012 and during the period of its existence it has developed such popular games as Kolobok: The Miracle Stove, Kids Adventure, The Lost Ghosts, Music Tales, ABC and alphabet for kids, Feed the Pets, The Town of letters, ABC handwriting worksheets and others.
