On April 17 in the Tver region Government signed an agreement with RWM Capital Asset Management for cooperation within the frame of the investment project implementation for the Logopark Tver third phase construction. The document was signed by the Governor Andrey Shevelev and CEO of the company Sergey Orlov.
Andrey Shevelev mentioned that Logopark Tver project holds a prominent place on the investment map of Verhnevolzhie and that during the management period RWM Capital Asset Management proved itself as a reliable partner.
- “The new project is not only an investment into the economic development or provision of decent employment, but it is strengthening of the region status as a powerful logistics center within the Central Federal District too”, Andrey Shevelev emphasized. “I am sure that the project implementation will attract new big lessee partners and the scheduled period of construction and return on investments into the Logopark third phase will comply with the estimates”.
CEO of RWM Capital Asset Management Sergey Orlov expressed appreciation to the head of the region and the Government for the assistance rendered to the project at all stages of its implementation.
- “Currently the warehouse complex workload is constantly growing”, Sergey Orlov mentioned. “Today the principal lessees are such strategically significant for the Tver Oblast companies as Jabil, which placed electronics manufacture, PAULIG, Avtovaz, Baltika and others. Our company is determined to further the logistics complex development and to making investments into the region development”.
Newly introduced areas will beat two previous project phases and constitute 20 thousand square meters and the volume of investments will constitute about 600 million roubles.
Andrey Shevelev thanked the company management for cooperation and optimistic plans, assuring that the Government will fulfill all obligations stipulated in the agreement.
