The team of RWM Capital took part in the "Heroes Race”

15.09.2014

The team of volunteers of RWM Capital took part in All-Russian Cross-country race of GTO “Heroes Race” which took place on September 13, 2014 at the military base near the city of Alabino (Moscow region). This was a really hard test which forced the participants to clear an obstacle course, face the military technologies and many other difficulties prepared by military professionals and experts.

The team of RWM Capital was one of the first to start. We are proud to report that our team completed the most difficult track with honor and reached finish almost as a full team.

“When we received an offer to participate in an event on the borderline between sports and military activity, I immediately fell for it, I considered it very interesting and unusual, - says Felix Blinov, Managing Director of RWM Capital Asset Management and participant of the “Heroes Race”. – We were quick to gather a team of volunteers. There were many willing to prove themselves. I can’t say that completing a 10 km track was an easy task for us but our company organizes team events on a regular basis. They form us into a team and make us stronger and therefore most hardships we met from the start of the race were faced with honor. We realized immediately that it was not as much strength and durability test for each of us but a test for us all as a team. Shots heard in the vicinity cause adrenaline rush, moats invigorate and climbing walls raises body temperature. And despite the fact that by the end of the track no one would call us clean and neat, no one regrets having taken part in the event . Participation is more important than the result. Thanks to the hosts for such an interesting experience”.

Here they are, our heroes, who have managed to leave their comfortable armchairs in order to prove themselves.
