Sergey Orlov, CEO of RWM Capital Asset Management and Felix Blinov, the Managing Director of RWM Capital Asset Management, joined the expert committee of the Fourth contest of venture projects within the program Fund for Support of Innovative Ventures of National Research University – Higher School of Economics (HSE).
“It is the first time we join a committee of a higher education institution contest of innovative projects, - says Felix Blinov. – It is both honorable and interesting, so far as firstly, RWM Capital Asset Management is actively developing the direction of venture capital investments into innovative projects. We help the teams to change their ideas into a functioning business and it is interesting for us and certainly it is useful to see ideas and projects offered by young specialists at this contest. Secondly, RWM Capital Asset Management has a worked out system of selection, development monitoring and support of such projects, therefore we are pleased to be included into the committee among the other professional participants of the market of investments and innovative ventures. At last, in the third place, within the scope of the contest our company announced two additional nominations and we wish to personally participate in the selection of any applications submitted, in order to determine the most interesting in our opinion project.”
Members of the expert committee make an expertise of the applications submitted, assess commercial attractiveness of the projects offered, elaboration quality of the innovative project implementation plan, existence of a professional team for implementation thereof, as well as market, organizational and technological risks.
